4. Payments Disclaimer
In accordance with the regulations of Qatar's Ministry of Justice, individual Real Estate Agents are NOT authorized to receive any cash payments or funds transfers to their personal bank accounts. Cash payments must only be handed over directly to The Pearl Gates Finance Team or designated Sales Progression Officers at our agency offices. Additionally, cash payments can be made at the official trustee offices in Qatar in the presence of The Pearl Gates' official Sales Progression Officer or transferred to the official real estate company bank account. The Pearl Gates confirms receipt of such payments only through electronically generated receipts from our official email: receipts@thepearlgates.com.
