Payments Disclaimer

In accordance with the regulations of Qatar's Ministry of Justice, individual Real Estate Agents are NOT authorized to receive any cash payments or funds transfers to their personal bank accounts. Cash payments must only be handed over directly to The Pearl Gates Finance Team or designated Sales Progression Officers at our agency offices. Additionally, cash payments can be made at the official trustee offices in Qatar in the presence of The Pearl Gates' official Sales Progression Officer or transferred to the official real estate company bank account. The Pearl Gates confirms receipt of such payments only through electronically generated receipts from our official email: receipts@thepearlgates.com. إخلاء مسؤولية عن الدفعات المالية:

وفقًا للوائح وزارة العدل القطرية، لا يُصرح لوكلاء العقارات الأفراد باستلام أي دفعات نقدية أو تحويل أموال إلى حساباتهم البنكية الشخصية. يجب تسليم الدفعات النقدية مباشرة إلى فريق المالية في بيرل جيتس أو إلى مسؤولي تقدم المبيعات المعتمدين في مكاتب الوكالة لدينا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن إجراء الدفعات النقدية في مكاتب الأمناء الرسمية في قطر بحضور مسؤول تقدم المبيعات الرسمي لبيرل جيتس أو يتم تحويلها إلى حساب بنكي رسمي لشركة العقارات. تقوم بيرل جيتس بتأكيد استلام هذه الدفعات من خلال إيصالات تولد إلكترونياً من بريدنا الإلكتروني الرسمي  : receipts@thepearlgates.com.
