Title Deed and Property Verification
Before committing to a purchase, verify that the seller has the legal right to transfer ownership. Request copies of:
- Title deed
- Ownership history
- Zoning permits (for developments)
- Approved building plans or schematics (if applicable)

Engaging a qualified lawyer familiar with Qatari real estate laws is highly recommended. Legal counsel can:
- Draft or review the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
