The Pearl Gates monthly report - Qatar Real Estate Bulletin - Issue of May 2022

During May 2022, the Qatar real estate transactions index achieved a total volume of Qr.1,353,345,610) for (356) real estate deals, and compared to April of the same year,it found that the index number of real estates has registered a decrease of (-20%). Concerning the index of the value of real estate trading, it registered an increase amounting to (50%), and as for the index of traded areas, it registered an increase of (33%)
