The real estate trade index reached (1,168,773,133) QR in July 2022 for 241 transactions. The real estate index dropped (-53%) from June 2022. The real estate trading value index fell (59%), while traded area index fell (65%). Doha Municipality, Al Rayyan Municipality, and Al Daayen Municipality are the most active in terms of financial value, with Doha Municipality's dealings reaching (497,505,980) QR, Al Rayyan Municipality ranking second with (290,142,193) QR, and Al Daayen Municipality ranking third with (148,874,250 QR).
