Qatar Real Estate Market Report - July 2023

During July 2023, the real estate transactions index achieved a total volume of Qr.1,548,821,347) for (258) real estate deals, and compared to June of the same year, it found that the index number of real estate has registered a decrease of (14%). Concerning the index of the value of real estate trading, it registered a decrease amounting to (2%), and as for the index of traded areas, it registered a decrease of (4%).
