Qatar Real Estate Market Report - August 2023

During August 2023, the real estate transactions index achieved a total volume of QR (1,011,404,475) for (297) real estate deals, and compared to July of the same year, it found that the index number of real estate registered a decrease of (15%). However, the index of real estate trading has registered a decrease of (-35%). The index of traded spaces, though, has registered an increase of (2%).
