Lusail Sports Arena, also known as Lusail Multipurpose Hall, is a state-of-the-art venue that hosts handball, volleyball, and basketball events, as well as music concerts. It has been awarded three Global Sustainability Assessment System Stars for its design, making it one of the important places to visit in Lusail, Qatar.

Its unique glass structure depicts Qatar's sand, pearls, and sea. The venue is surrounded by trees, jogging and cycling paths, a covered outdoor gym, and a playground for children.

The venue was deemed ideal for hosting the 2015 Men's World Handball Championship.

The destination consists of luxury hotels, apartments, office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants, all housed within a crescent-shaped structure that translates the country's national identity into an extraordinary architectural landmark. There are scimitar swords from Qatar's national seal designed as a striking pair of arched towers rising 36 photogenic floors. Katara Towers features not only a five-star hotel but also the country's first six-star hotel.

8. Visit Lusail Iconic Stadium

The crown jewel of Lusail City is the Lusail Iconic Stadium, both in name and in nature. This 86,000-seat marvel was designed by the world-famous British architects Foster + Partners to host the World Cup Final. The truly iconic design was inspired by the traditional ‘fanar’ lantern and adorned with Arab bowls and vessels to reflect Qatar's heritage and culture. Lusail Iconic Stadium raises the bar for sports venues to new heights.
